Shipping policy

Items in our store are custom ordered as most of our merchants do not sell directly to the public. We will place orders within the week of receiving them for all of our brands. Some brands do ship earlier than others due to processing times and production times. The following timelines are estimates.

Fulfillment times indicate time from order until we receive items in studio, not arrival at final destination. All orders are inspected for accuracy and quality before shipment to customers.

Items placed in the same order will ship together, if you are ordering from multiple companies and would like them to ship as we receive them, please order separately.

Junipurr: Average Fulfillment 7-10 Days.

Maya: Average Fulfillment 7-10 Days.

Buddha: Average Fulfillment 10-14 Days.

Ember: Average Fulfillment 10-14 Days.

Neometal: Average Fulfillment 10-14 Days.

Modern Mood: Average Fulfillment 6-8 Weeks.

Mushroom: Average Fulfillment 3-4 Weeks.

Anatometal: Average Fulfillment 2-3 Weeks.

**Special note for International Orders! Orders outside of the US may be subject to taxes, duties and import fees. At this time, Three Moons Body Shop LLC DOES NOT pre-collect VAT or any other import duties during checkout. Please check with your local tax authorities for any questions regarding duties and/or fees that may be due prior to or upon delivery of your items.
